This rush project for the One Size First One campaign by Delta Jeans featured Ole Miss football coach Lane Kiffin and required fast, precise retouching for a high-profile winter release. Commissioned by SW Harper (agency) in collaboration with BrandBossHQ, the final image needed to meet premium brand expectations under a tight turnaround.
The photographer handled initial color and exposure adjustments. From there, I stepped in to elevate the composition — recomposing the layout, cleaning and retouching the field environment, and extending visual elements beyond the original crop. I also manually recreated the falling snow in all newly added areas to ensure seamless realism and natural integration.
Every adjustment was made with the goal of maintaining the emotional impact and authenticity of the original while enhancing it to campaign-level polish.
